Hilton Garden Inn Monterey Rooms

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The room was also clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking available, although it does come with an additional fee. Overall, it offers good value and a comfortable experience.

We like the location because we were there to watch our son play baseball for MPC

Great hotel for families. The hotel itself is pretty updated and our room was spotless. We loved the heated pool and sauna. The gym is nice and has dumbbells up to 75lbs.

The hotel is really nice and looks beautiful from the outside, and we liked the amenities a lot. When we first got to our room, we did run into an issue—there was a water leak from a room above us, and half of our room was completely soaked, including the carpet and the bed. We called the front desk, and Jesse was amazing. He handled everything right away and got us into another room immediately. Stuff like this can happen, and what really made the difference was how kind and helpful the staff was. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent customer service.

The front desk receptionist, Ranjita, helped me check in during this visit and my previous visit here. She was amazing and so accommodating and made our stay 10 out of 10 on both occasions. She made things special for us and because of her, we will continue to stay here when we visit Monterey. Thanks for everything Ranjita!

Really enjoyed the hotel itself and where it is located. Ranjita was fantastic! She made it super easy to sign up for the hilton membership. She was super kind and welcoming. The only knock would have to be the pillows.(they were kinda awful) but that's most hotels. I'll survive bringing my own pillows next time! Can't wait to return next year!

Great location. Central to a lot of attraction in Monterey and close to Carmel. The hotel itself was very clean and cozy. The rooms were very clean and stocked with tea and coffee. The lobby had delicious Starbucks coffee. There were several fire pits to gather around. The bar area was very accommodating thank you Thomas you were great!! We will visit again when we are in the area.
